Virtual Junior Chef Cooking Class: Baked Crispy Chicken Nugget Salad ( Ages 10-13)

Hillside Shoprite Dietitian Ms. Robin, will teach you how to prep and cook a meal. Parent/Guardian supervision is required.

1 1⁄2 cups whole wheat panko bread crumbs
Nonstick cooking spray
1 tsp salt
1 tsp black pepper
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp paprika
1⁄2 tsp garlic powder
1/4 tsp cayenne pepper (optional) 2 large eggs
2 Tbs almond milk (or milk of choice)
1 pound boneless skinless chicken breast, cut into 1 inch cube
4 cups (1-2 bags) mixed greens, (you can use romaine or a spring salad mix, or iceberg mix)
Cherry tomatoes (how ever many you prefer) sliced in 1/2
1/2 or a whole cucumber, peeled and thinly sliced
1-2 carrots shredded
1/2 cup red onion, thinly sliced 1/4c cheddar cheese
2 Tbs Honey mustard dressing (or dressing of choice) can also use oil and lemon or oil and vinegar
