Virtual Youth Cooking Class: Turkey Chilli ( Ages 5 & up)

Ingredients
- 1 medium onion
- 2 medium carrots
- 3 cloves garlic
- 1 large green bell pepper
- 1 (15½-ounce) can red or white kidney beans, no salt added
- 1 Tablespoon canola oil
- 1 pound ground turkey
- 2 (14½-ounce) cans diced tomatoes, no salt added
- 1 cup water
- 3 Tablespoons chili powder
- 1 Tablespoon ground cumin
- ¾ teaspoon salt
Optional Ingredients:
- 1 medium lime
- 2⁄3 cup low-fat plain yogurt
Español:
- 1 cebolla mediana
- 2 zanahorias medianas
- 3 dientes de ajo
- 1 pimentón verde grande
- 1 lata (15½ onzas) de frijoles rojos o blancos, sin sal añadida
